    5. Sidewalk replacement
        On this project, the old, broken and uneven sidewalk had to be jack hammered out and a new full width
        driveway was poured in its place. Once poured, the driveway had lines cut to define the sidewalk area.

    6. Bathroom repair and kitchen paint
        The tub surround in this bathroom had been painted and was beginning to peel badly. Once the surround
        was removed, evidence of water damage was uncovered. The affected areas had the drywall cut out and
        replaced and the new surround was installed. The kitchen got minor patching and a much needed
        change of colour.

    7. Mobile home renovation
        This mobile home was empty for a few years and was beginning to deteriorate badly. The first task was to
        do a complete re roof including new drip edge, Ice and water shield and all new vents. The next issue that
        needed addressing was the siding beginning to deteriorate and rot from water damage. All the rotten siding
        was cut out and replaced with new OSB sheathing, then new vinyl siding was installed. Once the
        building was brought back up to standard, a new carport was built. New laminate flooring was also installed
        in the master bedroom

    8. Exterior repaint
        The exterior of this house was in very bad shape. The paint was coming off in large areas, and sections
        of stucco were literally falling off. The first thing to do was to repair all of the damaged stucco. This
        required completely re stuccoing the sides of the dormer, as well as the lower front section of the dormer
        and a small area above the side porch. Once the stuccoing was complete, the whole house was
        powerwashed to remove all of the previous paint. Once it was ready, the whole house was painted with
        a flat exterior paint. The deck and trim got sanded, new primer and low lustre exterior paint. Trim
        pieces were added to the gables and new windows and shutters were installed in the second floor wall
